so i have a ton of pictures from break cuz i was all over the place..

first we went to Orlando for COA Nationals

on the plane to orlando, the clouds looked soo pretty!

pictures of Gaylord Palms, byfar the nicest hotel i've ever been to

it was pouring down rain

one of the views from my room, that was inside. there were a ton of restaurants and stores inside, it was so sweet

they had a bunch of alligators and turtles in there

my brothers were jam packed in the back of the car with tons of groceries and all our luggage

there were hardly any trees left because of the hurricane

ry caught a lemon shark. and i petted it, its really smooth one way then feels like sandpaper rubbing it in the opposite direction

yeaaa the fish was 20 1/4 inches long! 2nd biggest catch of the dayy

workin hard to catch another fish

and i did!...except it fell off the hook thing, so i had to hold it and it was soo slimy and nasty

so last night meg, amber, verde and mike wons came over...and it was incredibly fun..me and amber found random things to do and mike became a photographer...

i got bored before they came over...

and the fun begins...

me and ambs played airhockey on the ping pong table,that was interesting..

we got bored of regular air hockey, so we taped a water bottle on the puck, filled it with apple juice, then passed it to each other, and wrote each other notes...yes. we are that cool

i've been having a really good week for pretty much no reason..
but yesterday just made my week for me.

this is about cheerleading, so if you dont like to hear about it, don't even bother reading it.

so i got to go to ICE senior elite practice last night because brad wants me back on the team, and i'm really excited because i think my mom is going to let me..she told me that its up to me on whether or not i go back as long as it doesnt conflict with too many basketball gamess. i used to think i was sick of being on that team and all the work but now that i've been away from it, i miss it all so much i miss all the difficulty and being proud of my team for all their accomplishments. its not really like that with my neuqua team, but i love all those girls to death but the teams are just so different and i like having the change. just being at that practice made me realize that my tumbling does suck, but i guess i make a big impact on stunting and apparently i'm not that easy to replace because brad still wants me back..it felt like it was summer all over again practicing with the team and everything
i decided that i want to go back, and give it all one more try..and i'm pretty sure it only conflicts with one basketball game, so i can still be on neuqua..so if this all goes over well with my mother i'm goin to pictures on sunday and telling brad i'm back!

kay that was my story for the week.

okay well this is going to be one of those entries that some of you won't even care about because its about cheerleading..so you may not even want to bother reading it..but i have to let it out

i've been thinking about quitting ICE for a while now, and yesterday me and my mom went in and talked to my coach and i felt really bad and my mom did all the talking and when i tried talking my eyes got all watery and i didn't wanna cry in front of brad...but the second i walked into that gym i started to cry...he tried to convince me out of it and told me how important i am to the team and how hard its going to be to replace me, and he got me ready to come back, but my mom didn't think i should..and i think its for the best because my heart isn't in it the way it used to be, as gay as that may sound. i dont have as much fun with it as i used to and i think its better to pull out now rather than later...and so i went in today and told him that i wasn't gonna be on the team anymore, i feel so bad about it but i think its better for me so i can handle school and keeping my grades up.
hopefully i'll come to some competitions and support you guys because i love you all and want to see you stay undefeated

i haven't updated in a while..

so my birthday was on sunday..i'm now 16!

first off..i was all bummed that my cousin kasey couldn't come down for my birthday, and i was also told i wasnt getting a car till like next spring, and it would be my dads old car which is a honda avalon or something..i didnt really mind it cuz it was better than no car but i wouldnt get it till the spring.

so then on saturday my mom was like alright if you get ready we can go shopping..so i was like okay and got all ready and i had opened a present that had car keys on it and i just assumed they wre my dad's car keys so i'd have my own set of keys for when i got the car...so i walked outside to go pull outta the driveway to go to the mall and there is a car sitting behind my dads car with a big bow on the top, and i was just kinda like okay whos at our house, and then it clicked and i was liek HOLY SHIT thats my car..and there was someone sitting in the passenger seat, and it just so happened to be my cousin, and my bestest friend KaseyJane!! i was soo excited, adn i started to cry cuz i didnt expect that at alll..and kelsey marie came with her too..i love her dearly but sadly she got sick which suckedd......but then later that night, i packed kasey, erin, genise and alyssa into my car (and i dont have my license yet so my dad was in the passenger seat) and we drove downtown, i was just thinking that i was gonna go and walk around and hang out and stuff....but then amber calls and was like hey meet me at Lou Malnatis, i wanna see you and give you your birthday present, so i was like okay i'll stop by for a little bit, and she drags me into this back room..and i walk in and its pitch black, and then everyone screamed surprise..and i was like holy fuck...another thing i was NOT expecting at alll! and i started to cry again....it was really fun..and i have a ton of pictures!

i walked out and saw my car

Friday night we had our first football game, it was away at Oswego, the sophomore team won! it was a lotta fun except i got really bored cuz we had to stay and watch varsity and i can't sit still for that long.

Saturday i finally got to see ambercolleen..and i saw meagan davis but i saw her like a week ago too. we had a lotta fun even tho we didnt do anythinggg and were too afraid to sneak out...

first home football game of the season is Friday vs. Plainfield ...

then we started playing in the rain cuz we got bored waiting for her mom to take us to the mall

this past weekend was sweeet..i went to cedar point for a family reunion and i got to see kaseyjane again

i got to go on top thrill dragster, the tallest fastest rollercoaster in the worldddd..i was so afraid i like peed my pants the first time we went on, but then the second and third time i was up in the front seat. it was amazing but only a 9 second ride haha

i haven't updated in a while so i decided to today..

on monday my cousin kasey flew in from michigan and then she got to sit at home all day long on monday and tuesday while i was at choreography for ICE

then last night genise and erin came over... and we had some funn and took a ton of pictures

yesterday i went to the mall with genise..i hadn't seen her in forever! we both got finding nemo shirts from the disney store lol

then erin came over later..and we started to go on a walk but didn't get too far

before our walk..

lol they twisted my hair and then put pens in it to hold it in..it hurt my headdd

then genise had to go home..and then aron and mike left..

me, erin and adam sat on the driveway talking till like 1:15 in the morning.. then me and erin went inside and tried some new things...

first we were eating the baked lays..then we decided to dip them into alll different kinds of sauces..

those are all our sauces..the best was sweet and sour

one of them was super spicy, so we washed it down with pudding in a tube, that is amazzing and diet coke

those are my neon cable ties that i wear cuz i think they look really cool..erin and genise liked them so i gave them some to wear lol

and that was my night!

July 21 2003 Joan Freeman Bogart passed away, she was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother..
its been a year today since she passed on..she was loved by everyone
i love my grandma very much, and i miss her, but i know she's watching over me, which makes me feel a little better because she is still here with me, in my heart.

we are getting our last name changed, apparently my brothers get made fun of a lot for it and i do too but i dont think i do as much as them. and if people attempt to start with me i get super pissed and they stop. but my dad doesnt like the thought of us always getting made fun of and since the name is getting more common like in movies and stuff more and more poeple have heard it and are using it. i really dont want to get my last name changed because its kind of how i'm known, and how people tell me apart from the 3948 other laurens in our school. but my parents said they can't change my brothers last name and not change mine.

so at the beginning of the school year, my name will no longer be lauren kay schmuck, it'll be lauren kay bogart. sadly

i dont like the way that sounds, and bogart has a meaning too, just not as bad or common as schmuck..but i guess i'll have to get used to it cuz it'll be my new last name for the rest of my life, or at least until i'm married..

so if you ever made fun of me, or my brothers because of our last name, you should feel bad its because of people like you that we have to go through all this shit to change our last name. i can take the being made fun of because i start yelling and people stop, but my brothers just don't know what to do about it except tell my parents..so thanks.
but if you were one of the few people who never said a word about it, thanks and i love you because its makes things so much easier when you dont have to defend your last name and your family.

i got back from michigan today and it was soo much fun, i love my cousin! and her friend kelsey was living with her and i got to hang out with her and i'm really glad i got to
